NOTE! We prefer not to include Philadelphia and/or Washington DC in our program, however if a trip to Philadelphia and/or Washington DC is requested, we can substitute these for either York Day and/or Gettysburg Day and make York and/or Gettysburg as places of interest available for free day time with hosts.

Philadelphia Day Includes: Independence Mall; Liberty Bell; walking tour of Olde Town Philadelphia; lunch; and optional items of interest in the afternoon such as Franklin Institute and/or Philadelphia Art Museum

Washington DC Day Includes: city tour; tour of monuments; lunch; time to visit Holocast Museum, or some of Smithsonian Institute; dinner

We plan the logistics for our program differently depending on how well the incoming Ambassadors have an understanding of the English language. If there is little or no understanding, we have an interpreter and a chartered bus. If the understanding is good to excellent, we can opt to travel as a caravan and flex into smaller groups or remain as one entire group upon arrival whichever seems most appropriate, allowing some individual touring with a day host, with a common point to reconvene before leaving as a caravan, for return to Harrisburg. All Ambassadors or groups of Ambassadors have day hosts with them throughout the program.
